Huntsville online furniture sales merchant Kelly Wells will receive 16% of a $15 million government settlement with Z Gallerie, equalling $2.4 million. The whistleblower award results from a successful federal False Claims Act case that attorney Page Pate’s office filed on her behalf in 2013.
