Whitney has helped the Church Law Firm obtain successful outcomes in high-stakes state and federal cases since 2022. The Church Law Firm has relied in particular on Whitney’s extraordinary skills in reviewing complex discovery in federal cases and conducting vigorous defense investigations.
Whitney has also assisted the Church Law Firm in trying cases. She has not lost a jury trial since joining the Western Judicial Circuit Public Defender Office in 2014.
Whitney is fluent in Spanish and assists the Church Law Firm in cases involving Spanish-speaking clients and witnesses.
